Our mission is to educate, promote and inspire locally while elevating the creative culture of the Utah arts community through the dance performance arts.

The Utah Summer Dance Festival is a live music and dance performance event showcasing the wide-ranging dance practiced in Utah and nearby states. While the festival is rooted in both traditional and fusion forms of Middle Eastern dance and Eastern European folk dance, we continue to offer an open call for professional and student troupes performing all forms and styles of dance. We showcase dances from all over the world in order to create a diverse, multicultural event, bringing communities and cultures together. Our previous festivals have featured dancers representing over twenty different nations.
This year we we will be spotlighting local teachers in a pick-your-own intensive-style group of workshops. More details to come!
